For 14 minutes users were unable to access notion.com: http://notion.com and Notion Sites. Users may have had issues loading or using their Notion clients as well. We reverted the change that inadvertently triggered this and users should be seeing expected behavior at this time.
Notion MCP connections are having auth issues
We are currently investigating an issue affecting new Claude-to-Notion MCP connections. Users attempting to authorize Claude to access their Notion workspace are encountering an "Invalid authorization request" error. Starting at approximately 01:25 UTC on August 5, 2026, new authorization requests from Claude to Notion began failing.

Images unavailable in production
We are currently investigating an issue affecting image delivery in our production environment. Starting at approximately 6:04 PM PDT on August 3rd, 2026, customers are unable to load images. Degraded performance on loading pages and facing API errors
Some users may have experienced intermittent page-load hangs and elevated API errors (primarily during login) between 7:40am to 8:10am PDT. Metrics have since returned to baseline, but we’re currently investigating the underlying cause.
Degraded performance on the Calendar connection flows
We're working on a resolving an issue affecting Calendar connection flows.
The iOS Share Extension is failing on the current App Store release.
We have a fix in review with Apple. Until that’s approved and available, affected users can copy and paste URLs as a workaround. Sharing attachments and importing webpages will be unavailable until the fix is rolled out. Please note, this issue only affects the Notion iOS app.
